Welcome to HaxyGen Academy. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Conduct
All students must:
- Maintain respectful behavior with teachers, fellow students, and personnel.
- Adhere to instructions given by teachers and personnel.
- Submit all assignments and tests on time.
- Notify the support team via email if unable to attend a class, providing valid reasons. Students cannot miss more than 3 consecutive classes without prior permission.
- Complete payments on time.
- Avoid sharing any documents or class materials provided by HaxyGen Academy or HaxyGen Corporation.
- Refrain from claiming certificates or applying for internships unless the course is successfully completed.
2. Attendance Policy
- Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled classes.
- If a student needs to miss a class, they must notify the support team via email (support@ac.haxygen.net) with a valid reason.
- More than three consecutive absences without permission may result in disciplinary action or removal from the course.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
- Course fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
- Students cannot refuse to pay course fees or claim refunds without written permission from the Administration Department.
- Refunds, if applicable, must be approved by the board of directors.
- A student can not apply for refunds without valid reason and proof.
- If any student wants to claim refund without joining the courses, refund application will not be approved.
- Refund policy is only applicable for the students who are facing major issues like the death of any parents, major accident and Physical & mental disability
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All course materials, including videos, PDFs, presentations, and other resources, are the exclusive property of HaxyGen Academy and HaxyGen Corporation.
- Students are prohibited from copying, distributing, or sharing any course materials without prior authorization.
5. Certification and Internship Eligibility
- Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course.
- Students must meet all academic and attendance requirements to be eligible for certificates and internship opportunities.
6. Termination of Enrollment
HaxyGen Academy reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment under the following conditions:
- Violation of any of the terms mentioned above.
- Failure to comply with payment schedules.
- Engaging in unethical or disruptive behavior.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
HaxyGen Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
