PICSEH Waiver & Scholarship Policy

1. Purpose

The PICSEH Waiver Program is designed to support dedicated learners in accessing high-quality cybersecurity education at a reduced cost. This policy outlines the terms, eligibility, and continuation conditions for all waiver recipients.

2. Waiver Coverage

• Waivers are applicable only on the tuition fee, which is calculated as:
  Tuition Fee = Total Course Fee – Admission Fee

• Admission Fee is mandatory and non-waivable for all students.

3. Eligibility Criteria

Waiver applications are considered based on:

• Demonstrated financial need

• Academic merit (e.g., performance in prior education, entrance test, etc.)

Note: Waivers are not offered based on professional background or community status.

4. Waiver Structure

• Eligible students may receive up to 30%–40% waiver on tuition fees.

• The percentage is determined during application evaluation.

• Waivers are not applicable to:

  • Admission Fees

  • Late payment fees

  • Additional services (e.g., extra workshops, printing, certification delivery)

5. Application Process

To apply:

1. Visit academy.haxygen.net/scholarship

2. Fill out the Waiver Application Form

3. Submit all required documents as instructed

4. Await evaluation (usually completed within 7 working days)

6. Continuation Requirements

All students who receive a waiver must comply with the following to maintain it:

Academic Performance

• Must pass all module exams

• Failure in any module without valid cause may result in waiver cancellation

Discipline & Behavior

• Must follow all student behavioral terms and codes of conduct

• Misbehavior, disruption, or ethical violations can lead to suspension or waiver termination

Timely Submissions

• Must submit all assignments and projects on time

• Repeated delays or incomplete work may lead to waiver cancellation

7. Waiver Cancellation

A waiver will be cancelled immediately if a student:

• Fails any module without improvement

• Violates the academy’s behavioral guidelines

• Fails to submit assignments or projects on time

• Drops out or requests deferment of the course

8. Final Notes

• The waiver is non-transferable and valid only for the specific batch it was granted for.

• Waivers cannot be reactivated once cancelled.
